Damages and Quality Issues

At Staple Street Market, we are committed to freshness. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or we shipped the wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@staplestreetmarket.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and quality issue
  • Quantity affected

If approved, we will, at our discretion, issue a refund for the affected items or provide a credit for your next order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (produce, dairy, meats, etc.) unless spoiled upon arrival
  • Opened or used household supplies
  • Clearance/final sale items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
